The room was spacious and clean. the front desk staff, waleed, was polite. I appreciated this. housekeeping, amritha, kept the room tidy each day with fresh towels. This.

The hotel allowed smoking in rooms, so there was a smoke smell. the amenities did not include coffee, milk, or creamer so i had to bring my own. we booked an apartment with a double bed and a single bed. we had to wait for a rollaway bed to be added.

The room was super clean every single day. i say a special thanks to the housekeeping staff manju. she kept up consistent hard work and high standards! the reception team made check-in quick. it was hassle-free, and they were always available to help with a smile. I appreciated that a lot.

The mattress was not good. it did not meet my expectations at all. the bed made some terrible noises. It was annoying. the pillows were square and thin! very unusual and not comfortable at all. there was no coffee in the room, and the kettle did not work. I like coffee in the morning.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. i appreciated the modern decor and comfortable bed. I had a restful night's sleep. the amenities provided included free wi-fi, a minibar, and a coffee maker. this added to the convenience of my stay!!!

The room was noticeably old and worn out. It showed its age. it smelled slightly of sewage too. It wasn't pleasant. i think they need to work on the maintenance.

I want to thank the reception for providing professional and helpful staff . I received a room upgrade to an apartment. Roshani and Jad from the reception team were helpful and courteous. Their excellent service left a positive impression on me.

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The hotel restaurant, Gabbiano, provided amazing food, and May offered polite and helpful guidance through the menu. The in-room dining service was affordable.
