the premium pool suite was fine. it had its own bali bed and sunbathing area. it felt tranquil. the suite was large. i loved the complimentary water, wine, and nibbles upon arrival. the bed was comfy. it felt amazing.
i noticed a slight lack of kitchen facilities in the suite, a minor inconvenience, really.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay I was greeted warmly upon arrival and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The room was spacious and clean I appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and I enjoyed the variety each morning. The pool area was well maintained offering ample space for relaxation.
The gym equipment was somewhat limited some machines showed signs of wear.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach it is close to several restaurants. It made exploring the area convenient the location provided easy access to local attractions.

Breakfast offered various choices it included cereal meats and a full english breakfast. The themed evening meals were a highlight each night it featured tapas italian barbecue and mallorca cuisine. I found much choice and the meals delicious.

The staff was organised they were helpful upon my arrival. They promptly addressed any requests I had.

The pool area is large it is clean a lifeguard is present daily. Safety rules are enforced. The hotel provides free wi-fi this ensured easy connectivity.

the hotel has a very convenient location. there are boat cruises and many shops nearby! the staff was attentive and friendly, they really went the extra mile. the rooms were clean and well-presented. i found the hotel surprisingly quiet, even when it was busy.
i thought the dining areas lacked a little ambience, they were very stark.

the hotel includes a super clean pool and has many facilities . you can hire bikes to enjoy rides into town using the bike track. the hotel also offers easy access to the beach and the marina.
