decent stay, some issues
limited options gluten-free food
the location was good. it was close to shops and restaurants.
the food options were disappointing for gluten-free needs. there were very few choices available at the buffet. i had a burger at the pool bar several times, but they changed the supplier and it was no longer gluten-free. also, the all-inclusive package doesn't cover all drinks.

serene stay!
friendly staff beach access varied activities
I found the staff very friendly. the setting was nice with easy access to a semi-private beach. This was perfect. there were varied activities, including excursions. the buffet had a good variety of all-inclusive food. parking was available.

the room was spacious and had amenities. a sea view balcony offered great views! the room included a bottle of wine and a bottle of water upon arrival, this was thoughtful. the door opens automatically upon entering the room.

breakfast offered many choices, including a separate area for my favourite club members. i booked the italian restaurant. there was a great deal of choice, and the food changed daily, which i appreciated. the buffet throughout our stay was excellent.

fantastic stay!
quality food varied buffet
the all inclusive package i booked for a week was great. the bedroom was clean and the food was good in all restaurants. the quality of the buffet food was high and varied. sunbeds were always available near the umbrellas (which was very convenient).
The shower head was loose and was hanging off the ceiling. the balcony door did not lock properly, only with a small latch attached to the wall. i could hear every word if my neighbor was talking or watching tv.

the hotel enjoys a location directly on a beach with great views. i observed that it is easy to access cala d'or center, costing only €8 by taxi and €3.50 per person via train, offering convenient travel options.

i noticed that this hotel has a choice of restaurants, bars, and pools. the bars are amazing and the staff is friendly. there are activities such as yoga and water aerobics scheduled regularly (i attended one session).

I found the location very convenient with easy access to both the pool and the nearby beach. The walk into town was straightforward and provided access to shops and restaurants. The all-inclusive option was a good value and included a variety of drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and spoke fantastic English. They offered breakfast upon arrival. Restaurant staff were wonderful, this detail contributed to a good service. Staff members are easily identifiable because of wristbands with colour relating to the package.

The hotel features two swimming pools and beach access, this allowed for varied options. There is also a gym, for those who like to exercise while they travel. The cove is beautiful and well maintained.

The rooms are super clean and well maintained, guaranteeing a comfortable stay. My room had a sea view, which enhanced the overall experience. Each room benefits from having a door opened by a member of staff, this is a nice touch.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice setting. i appreciated access to a semi-private beach. there was a good variety of all-inclusive food at the buffet. I always found something to enjoy. parking was available, made exploring the island easy for me.
The hotel needed some minor updating. It felt a tiny bit worn in places.

The double sea view room had a comfortable bed and ample storage. I appreciated the modern decor. the balcony provided a great view of the cove. I spent a lot of time there. the bathroom included a rainfall shower.
