i had a triple room balcony, it was nice. the location is near many restaurants, so i didn't have to go far for dinner! i discovered the private beach access and it was fine.
the air conditioning wasn't working. i also found the breakfast service to be a bit disorganized. it was difficult to get coffee!

The setting was amazing. The gardens were expansive and impeccably maintained! i found the staff to be helpful and personable. our room featured a good balcony with captivating views. the overall ambiance catered beautifully to families, adventurers, and couples seeking a romantic escape.
the absence of readily available milk for tea in the room was a minor inconvenience. this small detail required a request to reception. it felt a little strange in such a well-appointed hotel.

The hotel offered access to a private beach which was a fantastic perk. The pool area was beautiful. I enjoyed relaxing there for lunch. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices. The staff members were friendly and helpful, really enhancing my visit.

the pool was heated i swam comfortably at any hour. the breakfast had many options a chef made fresh omelets. the hotel organized a trip to mutela i enjoyed it very much.
the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly HE was unhelpful. there were no milks at the tea station basic amenities were missing.

the hotel is a bit dated. it likely reached its peak in 1980. the shower temperature was inconsistent, alternating from warm to very hot periodically.
