adequate stay with some drawbacks
difficult navigationunlabeled dishes
finding my room was difficult. the navigation required taking a lift three floors up , crossing a bridge , and then finding another lift. this involved a lot of walking between buildings , and the buffet lacked flavor , with unlabeled dishes.

I found the staff very helpful. They always provided prompt service. the cook-to-order pasta station at the evening buffet was a definite highlight for me. they had a good selection of fresh ingredients.

The shuttle service to Taormina was convenient. I used the hotel's private access to the seaside. I also enjoyed one of the two pools. The pools offered refreshing relief after a day out.
