Excellent Pre-Flight Stay
helpful staff comfortable bed clean environment
the staff were professional and helpful i was greeted warmly and my bags were taken to my room they ensured i had everything i needed and offered extra information i appreciated the shuttle airport bus and was offered a drink while i waited. the bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean
the corridors smelled slightly damp this was a minor issue.

breakfast offered an excellent choice of food the variety included both hot and cold options i found the buffet to be well-stocked and the service attentive the dining area was clean and spacious.

the hotel has a very good location near heathrow it enabled easy day excursions into the surrounding area the hoppa bus service was very convenient for airport transfers i found the proximity to major routes beneficial.

lovely experience
water refills central location
i enjoyed the complimentary water refills each day. the breakfast was very good and the location was indeed central! shuttle buses added to the convenience.
i found the restaurant service very slow. the food was pricey and not particularly special, though there are pubs nearby.

the room featured a comfortable queen bed! it had all needed amenities and very neat place. the bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries were fully stocked.

The hotel has a business center with computers and printers. This helped me to work. there is also a fitness center with modern equipment and a pool! these amenities were useful.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions. i found their assistance to be valuable and appreciated their warm welcomes. i checked in quickly. This was efficient.

The restaurant provides many meal choices though some items were limited. This needs improvements. the breakfast offered a good selection and i appreciated the convenience. coffee and tea were available.

The breakfast had a good choice of cereals a full English and fruit it was definitely recommendable
The shuttle bus service was not good it was long expensive and crowded. The bus ran infrequently and I think I could have gotten to the airport more quickly from London. It was a much nicer hotel
