excellent stay near the airport

The room was clean and quite spacious! i got a quick ride from the airport. the bed was really comfortable. I had an amazing night's sleep.
the restaurant service felt slow. i noticed paper table sets were used. i also saw tables not wiped properly.

the hotel entrance was quite grand. the restaurant had a good social atmosphere in the evening. the bar opens in the late afternoon, not earlier, to get a drink beforehand.

the staff were professional and helpful i was greeted warmly and my bags were taken to my room they ensured i had everything i needed and offered extra information i appreciated the shuttle airport bus and was offered a drink while i waited. the bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean
the corridors smelled slightly damp this was a minor issue.

breakfast offered an excellent choice of food the variety included both hot and cold options i found the buffet to be well-stocked and the service attentive the dining area was clean and spacious.

the hotel has a very good location near heathrow it enabled easy day excursions into the surrounding area the hoppa bus service was very convenient for airport transfers i found the proximity to major routes beneficial.

i enjoyed the complimentary water refills each day. the breakfast was very good and the location was indeed central! shuttle buses added to the convenience.
i found the restaurant service very slow. the food was pricey and not particularly special, though there are pubs nearby.

The breakfast had a good choice of cereals a full English and fruit it was definitely recommendable
The shuttle bus service was not good it was long expensive and crowded. The bus ran infrequently and I think I could have gotten to the airport more quickly from London. It was a much nicer hotel
