The buffet breakfast features big selections. The grounds were beautiful with free water dispensers located on every floor. I liked the use of sun lounges. Those were included and very convenient.
The place is a bit far from main attractions. I needed transport for almost everything.

The staff was friendly. Everyone in all departments ensured my family had a great stay. Girls at reception were very nice. This made my grandma's birthday special and nice for everyone.

The hotel provides easy access to the sea. It has a strategic location right by the beach, which offers tropical scenery. I liked how close the facilities are to other interesting locations nearby.

stained sunbedslimited package
the pool sunbeds seemed stained i wasn't sure if they cleaned them regularly plus the all-inclusive package felt pretty limited the food wasn't amazing and the drinks were basic. the new year's eve food tasted great so i know they can cook better they just don't seem to bother normally

The staff members were amazing and provided excellent service. The Balinese-style rooms and buildings created a wonderful ambience. Lush green plants and flowers surrounded the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the room included a verandah.
My room was at the back of the resort, and I could hear some road noise at night.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options!!! The tasty food was well-presented. I enjoyed all the meals. The resort provided many options to eat easily within walking distance outside the resort entrance.

the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection of fresh choices and custom. i found the gardens picture-perfect with constant upkeep.
I noticed a slightly limited variety of local indonesian dishes at the hotel restaurant. It seemed adjusted to suit international tastes.
