i loved how clean everything was throughout the resort. the staff worked tirelessly to keep all areas super clean. my lagoon view room had a spacious balcony and comfortable furnishings. the kul kul bar was fantastic with friendly staff members, like dewi and sweetie, always providing excellent service

the pool area sometimes felt crowded. finding available sunbeds during peak hours proved difficult despite the one-hour rule not always being enforced

the resort features multiple pools including a unique lagoon pool. towel stations are conveniently located near the pools offering towels and sunscreen. a well-equipped fitness center is available for guest use with treadmills and stationary bikes.

the arwana restaurant had some great chefs and a very good menu it had a great choice of excellent local and international foods with a great view onto the sea. the pathways and gardens are beautiful it was a first class hotel in a superb setting. our room was super clean it was comfortable and very well designed

i arrived at 2pm and was asked to wait until 3pm for my room to be ready i waited until 4:20pm when i had to ask when the room would be available. i visited the pool areas the following day to find a lack of sunbeds the 1 hour rule for removing towels looked not to be observed it took nearly an hour to find loungers.
