poor insulation watered down juices
the noise insulation was nonexistent. i could hear everything from the hallway to the rooms next door. it was so bad that i almost asked for a different room. also, the breakfast buffet was okay, but the juices tasted really watered down and the food quality wasn't amazing!!! i expected more from a buffet.

some issues impacted the stay
constant traffic poor soundproofing
the staff were attentive, and the hotel's location is quite central.
The noise was just awful. I could hear conversations clearly from other rooms and the constant traffic made it difficult to sleep. the soundproofing was definitely not as advertised.

The rooms were spacious with good amenities. julie and kc did everything to ensure my stay went perfectly. i was welcomed with warmth and kindness, and they lent me a hand warmer because i was freezing. they also provided a complimentary herbal bath and sauna. It was a very unique experience.

The staff was very helpful. Anything i asked for was done almost instantly. julie provided excellent service. she answered all my questions with a smile. their adaptability and responsiveness were flawless.
