The gym has a wide range of equipment. A convenient shuttle goes to Rawai beach and Nai Harn beach. That was handy.

Our second visit confirmed the high standards. the gym remains a highlight with its extensive range of classes. i was impressed to discover the new muay thai programme and obstacle course. previously, we enjoyed a two-bedroom private pool suite. This time, we chose a three-bedroom villa, equally immaculate with a great vibe.
The air conditioning felt inadequate. This resulted in a noticeable presence of mosquitoes, less than ideal.

the suite featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i appreciated. the bed was indeed huge. three floors provided ample space to relax and the outside bathtub offered a luxurious touch.

i found the location peaceful. it is near two beaches. the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to these beaches, a very convenient amenity .

the hotel gym featured many equipment. it included several treadmills. the breakfast offered diverse on-site cuisine. convenient parking exists for renters.
the onsen felt more social than zen. local gossip often filled it. short-term travelers weren't interested.

My room faced the gym. I heard the noise from fitness classes. This situation made relaxation difficult. The hotel location is far from main attractions. Getting transportation was a constant issue.
