great hotel
friendly welcome large balcony
we enjoyed our stay. the reception staff provided a lovely friendly welcome. they are very informative and nothing is too much trouble. i stayed in a one bedroomed apartment, third floor. the apartment included a large balcony, two sun beds, four chairs and a round table.
i found the evening entertainment to be a bit disruptive. the entertainment is outside and directly below the 1st-5th floor rooms. i had to shut all windows and doors to reduce the noise. getting an early night after exploring was difficult.

the hotel features two clean, warm pools. lifeguards are very friendly and aqua fit classes occur daily. the children's entertainers are great fun and always inclusive, which i appreciated.

the location is excellent, and it allowed us to walk several miles each day. heated pool and sunshine added to the experience! there are plenty of good dining options around the hotel.

our apartment was spacious, with good wardrobe space. it included two comfy single beds and a flat screen tv on the wall. the bathroom had a great shower pressure with plenty of hot water, wonderful.

maintained apartment daily towel great location noisy roads gym equipment repetitive selection
the apartment was well maintained i appreciated that the staff cleaned it daily fresh towels were provided each day the balcony was large i found it quite useful. the sports facilities were excellent i played tennis often and equipment rentals were convenient. the location was also great many restaurants were nearby within walking distance
i found it quite noisy due to proximity to busy roads soundproofing was lacking. the gym equipment needed some repair and upgrade i noticed some machines were out of order. i would say the food selection at dinner was repetitive i wished there was more variety

Fantastic Family Holiday

I just returned from a lovely week. I travelled with my family of six. We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. It was perfect. The reception staff was very helpful and always smiling (i liked that!). Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room faced a busy roundabout. Sleeping was difficult. There was too much traffic noise at night. I might consider staying in a bungalow next time.

The apartment was large with good wardrobe space. There were two comfortable single beds and a flatscreen tv was on the wall. The bathroom had a great shower pressure and plenty of hot water.
