poor food quality
the food quality felt quite poor apart from one restaurant i paid extra for it left me disappointed breakfast juices tasted artificial various pastries seemed mass produced desserts were underwhelming my dinner options became limited after a few days i mostly ate salad meat cooked at the counter. staff sometimes struggled with drink orders forgetting items or serving without basics like saucers it disrupted meal enjoyment i expected better attention detail for a five star hotel.

The staff provided friendly service at the hotel.
The food quality was not up to par. The buffet options were repetitive and not particularly appealing. I was also bothered by persistent attempts to sell loyalty contracts. These factors detracted from the overall experience.

The room was spacious I found the hotel very clean. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices.
The coffee machines did not produce decent coffee a problem I often encounter. I also found the evening buffet disappointing. The food looked dried up it was barely lukewarm I found this unacceptable.
