Really good Hotel Experience

The staff was attentive. I liked the welcome drink upon arrival. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room and at breakfast was a nice touch. It provided excellent coffee. I also appreciated the quick check-in and check-out process. It made my arrival and departure very easy and efficient.

I was charged extra for parking unexpectedly. The hotel did not seem flexible with extending my stay.

the breakfast selection impressed me with smoked salmon and honeycomb. a very nice receptionist gave us vouchers for welcome drinks. the hotel offered a luxurious room right in the centre on the square. we were given all the information very quickly.

I found the service quality fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel. slow lobby service was a problem. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee. also unprofessional behaviour at reception was noted.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I received a lovely upgrade at check-in. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. I loved how modern everything was. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! Breakfast was excellent. It offered a large variety of options and tasted amazing!

The noise from a nearby nightclub made it difficult to sleep. The windows didn't block the sound well. I suggest that the hotel find a better way to soundproof the rooms facing that side of the building.
