the location was ideal, near restaurants and historic sites. the hotel staff provided assistance with local information and were very cute. i found the lounge setup in the lobby conducive to relaxation and a quality drink. the spacious room was clean and well kept.

i found the selection of available tv channels to be limited.

the room provided tea and coffee making facilities, what was much appreciated. the mattress felt comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. i noted the availability of basic toiletries and consistent hot water in the bathroom.

the bar staff were excellent, they provided great service on both nights i visited. water with lemon was available in the lobby area, what was a nice touch. there was also wine served during the new year's eve countdown.

the breakfast buffet was good. i found everything i needed and the food was fresh. the staff were friendly, they answered all my questions. the hotel's location was ideal.

the coffee bar was never replenished . i had to call the reception every day to ask them to replenish the coffee packets and sugar packets.
