I appreciated the room upgrade. It. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. They created such a warm atmosphere. the hotel arranged perfect trips to the salt mines and the auschwitz, so convenient.

the hotel staff were really attentive. they helped with every request. our rooms were close to each other and on a high floor per our request. the staff helped with luggage and provided details about the hotel upon arrival. they always provided water at no cost. i loved that they assisted with restaurant and taxi bookings too.

the breakfast cost felt a little disappointing compared to other places.
