An okay hotel for a short stay
tasty breakfast professional staff convenient location broken hot tub spa refurbishment unannounced closure
The breakfast was tasty. The staff was polite and professional. The hotel is located very close to bars and restaurants. It was easy to find everything.
The hot tub in my room was not working as expected. It had continual brown dirt coming out. I doubt I will be using it because of this. The spa was closed for refurbishment. I was not told this when I booked the holiday.

great location excellent staff fresh food loose decking expensive water uneven decking
the location is great for the beach. all staff are pleasant. they are cute. the rooms were kept clean by the hardworking staff. the food at all the restaurants was of a very good standard. it was always fresh and hot. there was a different theme every night.
the downside was the decking around the infinity pool. it was loose and uneven. it is an accident waiting to happen. also, i was going all inclusive and had to pay for cartons of water in the room after the first 2 free ones. i brought bottles from the local shop as it was better value.

quick transfer quiet room large balcony coffee machine
The transfer from the airport took only half an hour. upon arrival, the receptionist offered a welcome glass of cava. i had requested a quiet room online and received a junior suite on the third floor. room 3060 featured a jacuzzi on a large balcony with a quiet sea view. there were two flat-screen tvs with uk programs and a coffee machine. Staff replenished water and coffee daily.

The hotel features a sizable pool. Depth reaches chest level for someone 5ft 5in. shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby. A good beach is also within easy reach. i loved the hotel's location near various amenities.

The hotel staff are amicable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. the cleaning service was perfect. staff quickly addressed any requests. i am grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel team.

the junior suite includes a jacuzzi and spacious balcony overlooking the sea. the room features bathrobes and slippers. a kettle and breakfast-type bar are in the lounge area. the bed was very comfortable.

amazing view nice room shower leak squeaky floor
we had requested a room, and it was granted. i had booked a beautiful double or twin room sea view spa bath. the sea view was amazing. the room looked very nice.
The shower leaked badly, and the high shower tray would overflow. this caused water to flow into the toilet area. there was also an squeaky floor near the infinity pool. It was annoying.
