i found the check-in process smooth. i was given a detailed overview of the hotel facilities and amenities. the staff efficiently handled my luggage. i also appreciated the prompt resolution when i requested extra pillows, they arrived within minutes. the room was very clean with fresh towels. the minibar was stocked with water, juice, and soft drinks upon arrival.

the gym could use a slight upgrade with newer equipment.
