excellent stay!
gluten-free beer premium experience premium drinks gluten-free diets
The food was amazing and i am impressed. this hotel caters well for gluten-free diets. fridges are stocked with gluten-free beer, that included our room. the royal elite package offers a premium experience. the restaurant provided more subdued dining. lovely views of fuerteventura! elite bars are well stocked with premium drinks. You help yourself.
The drinks machines round the pool bar did not open until after 11am. I think this should start at 10am, given all inclusive status.

The room had a coffee machine. Robes were an added bonus! we also received pool towels, so there was no need to rent any. i emailed to arrange for an iron and ironing board, it was there upon arrival.

this hotel boasts a great location! there are lovely views and a lovely walk to the harbour. we ate in the indian restaurant one night and i highly recommend it. it's a great location, really.

Fantastic Getaway
coastal path lovely sea fusion dinner
The location is excellent with a coastal path leading to the marina! The room was cleaned daily, and it provided lovely sea views. The fusion Mexican restaurant served an AMAZING dinner. Champagne in the room for my birthday was sweet.
The pool area needed some attention to cleanliness.

The staff was helpful at the reception, especially the gentleman at reception. All the staff were friendly and very attentive to every need . Room service was efficient and quick.

The hotel is near a beautiful beach and cove next to the hotel! There is also a beach downstair at the hotel, accessible within a few minutes. Playa Blanca marina is within walking distance.

Food choices were varied and good! There was a variety of options. The fusion restaurant offered top quality Mexican and Chinese food. Fresh food was available at the buffet, so we had plenty to eat.

Activities included Pilates and aqua spinning! The evening shows in the theater were professional and quite entertaining. The rooms were modern and spacious, and the sea view was great. Pools were nice.

Excellent Family Holiday!
amazing food peaceful view shaded pool
The food selection was excellent every night. There were healthy options and many choices. My room had a peaceful sea view. The scenery was beautiful. The kids pool had good depth and shade, ideal for my toddler. I found the highchairs to be impeccably clean.
The children's playground could use more equipment.

The hotel sits at the eastern end of the area. It provides access to the coastal footpath and cycle path. Sandy beaches are also situated nearby, very convenient.

The hotel offered multiple pools, including an adults-only area. There was a mini golf course and a games area for recreation. Free towel hire was available upon check-in. Replacement was easy.

reserved sunbeds recycled choices
The sunbed situation was not good at all. people reserved beds early and left them unoccupied for hours. No one enforced the stated one-hour rule, so getting a sunbed later in the day was nearly impossible. the food also was average. i expected more given i paid for the royal elite upgrade, but the choices seemed recycled. the desserts, however, were quite good.

fine views coastal walks well kept pools unwelcoming staff long queues sugary cocktails
i just returned from a stay. the views are fine. the location is excellent for coastal walks to the marina. the pools are well-kept.
the reception staff looked unwelcoming. sometimes there were long queues at the pool bar. the drinks weren't great. the cocktails were sugary.

slow lifts inefficient housekeeping
The lifts were definitely an issue. Some made awful noises and others were just plain slow. Certain floor buttons didn't even work. It was quite annoying. The staff could have been more attentive. I didn't feel acknowledged. The housekeeping was too fast and not thorough enough.
