Mixed feelings ABOUT THIS STAY
inconsistent servicerepetitive requests
The food quality varied CONSIDERABLY. Some restaurants were superb, others not so much. Service was inconsistent, with stressed staff sometimes slow or inattentive. I found the constant requests for my room number at every interaction tedious. It DETRACTED from the experience.

The staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival. The cleanliness was Excellent. The variety of restaurants and bars gave many choices. The short walk to the lovely harbour was a nice change.
The hotel had many steps to access different areas. This could be challenging with mobility issues. More convenient towel stations would improve the overall experience.

The staff were helpful and the food was AMAZING!!! I loved our suite. It was super clean and roomy. The hotel infrastructure included very cosy corners and excellent swimming pools.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, appreciated.
I WOULD describe it as a four-star hotel. The pool water was freezing even in hot weather. The breakfast was a bit like a canteen, and it was often too busy to sit outside, the veg and vegan options were not CLEARLY stated.

the staff seemed friendly and professional, a plus.
the communal corridors felt unkept with roaming cats. i complained but the hotel said the government protects the wildlife (i am not sure a hotel corridor is a cat's natural environment!). i also had allergy concerns.

I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially enjoyed the coco cafe's coffee. the nearby marina of fered a lovely walk with good selection of bars and restaurants. It was convenient. the boat trip was great as well. I really appreciated his help.
i thought the hotel had a few areas looking 'tired'. this did not ruin my stay, but it is worth noting.
