I found the hotel well-situated for visiting the town. It offered easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. Our room was super clean, and the balcony was ideal. I saw that the pools were always tidy with plenty of sun loungers available. The restaurant had lots of food choices!!

The hotel has beautiful gardens that are well-kept. I noticed the outside pool area was cleaned often. This place had a nice relaxed reception area that was always tidy and cute upon arrival and departure.

The hotel is approximately 25 minutes by car from the airport. I was able to walk to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants in about 15 minutes. I found it to be in a good location!!

i appreciate there were two pools available. one was heated, a great advantage. the pizza station each night was a reliable choice. i also thought the fruit selection at breakfast was very good. plenty of options, ALL fresh.
the night entertainment was indoors, and the air conditioning seemed ineffective. it ended rather early for a 4-star all inclusive.

The beautiful room size was adequate.
The animation team seemed to ignore anyone who wasn't Spanish, so I didn't feel very welcome. They didn't speak to us at all. The room was supposedly renovated but the shower tiling was questionable. I wouldn't come back for €3000!!!

The hotel stated to be family friendly, but my children couldn't really enjoy the pools. Playing with balls or floats was restricted. The staff at the reception lacked customer service skills. I was really hoping for a better experience.
