This hotel was super clean. the staff members were polite. They were also friendly. the food offered much variety and everything tasted good. staff cleaned everything constantly and maintained the plants. That meant they cared for it well.
the hotel is on a hill and walking up is a bit of a pain! i guess it's something to be aware of.

the staff was friendly. they were very good to assist with any requests. the rooms were cleaned daily. the variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was great. there were plenty of sun beds by the pool area.
the hotel rooms are small. the rooms looked unclean. the wifi was unreliable. the air conditioning was not very effective. beach towels required a one euro fee for each change.

The food was plentiful, with lots COOKED fresh. The bar staff, including Ali, were great and helpful. The pool was warm and clean, providing enough room for everyone, and the slides offered entertainment for all ages. The rooms were HUGE and received daily cleaning services.
The variety of cocktails available on the all-inclusive package was somewhat limited. There were only a few machine-made options.
