lovely and super clean stay

the hotel is very clean. the housekeeping team does a great job. facilities are excellent for families. i loved the kids' pool. it had a pirate ship. omar was amazing with the children. he remembered my daughter's name. he encouraged her to join in activities. he even took her to the kids' club. this.

there are big pools including a cool slide. guests can enjoy the jacuzzi near the pool area. the entertainment team organizes various activities. staff encourage people to participate in these pool activities.

reception staff are always friendly. they are helpful with any questions. cleaning staff works hard daily and nightly. they keep the place super clean. restaurant staff is also very efficient with their duties.
