The breakfast buffet included many choices. pools were amazing and offered different areas to suit diverse preferences! the reception staff were really helpful. Eduardo and candido provided great restaurant recommendations. plus, the resort felt super clean from bedrooms to shared spaces.

the approach to the hotel was amazingly lit.. staff were friendly, polite and professional always. the room was spacious and very clean. it was cleaned, new laundry provided and refreshed daily. a mini bar was well stocked and a nice sized tv offered some english channels.
maybe the interior designer could lay off the black a bit!

I enjoyed the meticulously maintained gardens and amazing pools. The reception provided a warm welcome. Yolanda was helpful. She made my vacation more fun!!!
Paying for car parking seemed like a scam. It seemed designed to get more money from guests who were actually staying in the hotel. I found this frustrating.

I noticed the gym offered modern equipment. There were three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel spa included multiple rooms such as a salt room, and a womb room WITH water beds. The proximity to the dunes was awesome! I enjoyed easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the Faro de Maspalomas.
The air conditioning in my room made a slight noise AT night. I resolved it by adjusting the temperature so it didn't work AS hard.

The hotel's rear exit leads directly to a beach near famous dunes, a walk along the coast takes you to Playas del Ingles, about five kilometers away. Upscale shopping and restaurants are also very close offering various options for entertainment and dining.

Staff members offered really good service making the stay enjoyable, the breakfast service started at a lazy 10:30 am, nice for a relaxed start to the day, and a dedicated pool bar provides convenient refreshments .
