the food was acceptable. it had a good variety. the staff was okay too.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was so hot. i contacted reception, but they were unhelpful. also, the noise at night was terrible. Drunk guests were shouting until late.

the staff was very friendly! the reception was pleasant when checking us in. our room wasn't ready initially, so we left our bags and had some snacks. the bar and restaurant areas were clean. there's a good choice of drinks like soft drinks, beer, and wine available for self-pour and spirits are poured by bar staff.
the gym is really very small.

the pool area is kept tidy and guests place used glasses in provided boxes. there is an adults-only area with a jacuzzi for a more upmarket feel. i found breakfast was always fantastic and offered a great choice of foods.
