Amazing Stay!
unique buildings great water pressure comfortable sunbeds
The cylindrical hotel buildings are very unique. Our room balconies felt private! The bathrooms had really great water pressure, I loved it. Cleaners were kind and always happy for a chat in Spanish or English! The pool was large enough for many guests and still felt spacious. The sunbeds around the pools were comfortable canvas ones. I always found a spot in the sun.
The all-inclusive package had some limitations. Some drinks weren't included in the standard all-inclusive deal. I would have preferred more options without extra charges.

The buffet counter was extensive! There were about 40 hot food options. I enjoyed the two large islands for salads, pastries, and breads. Drink machines were easy to use. They had a nice choice of juices, soft drinks, and hot beverages.

The staff was very friendly, I really liked that! The rooms were also clean. The food included was some of the best. It was always hot and they replenished it quickly. I found lactose-free and soya milk at breakfast, that was great!
I was a little disappointed there were no face clothes provided. The double bed was two singles pushed together, which left a gap in the middle! The air conditioning didn't cool the room as much as I hoped. I also saw a cockroach in the room, it was scary.

charming surprise
helpful staff food variety
I found the staff consistently happy to help with smiles always present. the food variety impressed me. Even picky eaters would find options that appealed. the resort ensured easy navigation with gluten sensitivities because of clear labeling for allergens on the food stations. i appreciated the convenience of being able to stay within the resort until my transfer arrived. Plus the hotel offered a courtesy room for showering if needed.
despite the generally positive experience i had, one detail stood out as needing attention. i noticed people would reserve sunbeds early in the day by placing towels on them. then they would leave these sunbeds unoccupied for extended periods. it was occasionally difficult to secure a spot by the pool because of this practice.

the hotel offered lactose-free and soya milk options during breakfast which was a plus. i enjoyed the themed nights at the restaurant and the carvery provided a welcome change of pace. fresh salads, pizzas, burgers, and hot dogs were also available alongside a selection of vegetables and gravy

air-conditioning and room safes were available at no extra cost enhancing convenience. each block featured a water machine at the bottom entrance eliminating the need to purchase water. the rooms were kept clean offering a comfortable and refreshing space upon arrival. i found the room to be well maintained.

friendly staff clean facilities nice experience
the staff were very friendly the facilities are very clean i found the overall hotel experience to be very nice i especially liked the entertainment something was happening all day including games outside the pool.

mixed feelings about my stay
faulty air conditioning noisy guests
the food was acceptable. it had a good variety. the staff was okay too.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was so hot. i contacted reception, but they were unhelpful. also, the noise at night was terrible. Drunk guests were shouting until late.

friendly staff clean bar restaurant area good drink choice
the staff was very friendly! the reception was pleasant when checking us in. our room wasn't ready initially, so we left our bags and had some snacks. the bar and restaurant areas were clean. there's a good choice of drinks like soft drinks, beer, and wine available for self-pour and spirits are poured by bar staff.
the gym is really very small.
