the gym had equipment i liked. i used the treadmills and weights. there were always spaces available in the morning. the main restaurant had various food options. i found the grilled meats consistently tasty. the desserts were plentiful. the gardens were beautiful and well-kept. i liked the variety of plants.

the beach had many rocks in the water. i found it difficult to walk without proper footwear. the water refill stations were infrequent. often the water was lukewarm. i had to wait for ice. the reception at arrival felt distant. there wasn't a personal tour. i just got information through a qr code.

i especially adored the beachwith both sandy areas and clearly marked pebbly spots near the water. the floating jetty added such fun. i brought bread from breakfast each morning to feed the fish with my daughter, a lovely little daily ritual. the QR codes for drink orders at each set of loungers were also useful.

i noticed a few cats roaming around. the hotel provided food and water. it was lovely to see, but i'm slightly allergic, so i had to keep a little distance.

the room had air conditioning. the shower and hairdryer were excellent to use. i found a hairdryer with ample power. the fridge was stocked daily.

the setting felt magical. i enjoyed the sculptures scattered throughout. i especially enjoyed the beach bar setting, all lit up at night with sea views. groundskeepers worked hard. the grounds are well maintained.

the patisserie offered delicious cakes with lollies for children. the ice cream cart near one restaurant was restocked daily. i noticed fresh orange juice each morning. the cocktail menu was extensive. wine tasted lovely too. drinks tasted freshly made.

The team members were always smiling and helpful. The buffet offered a great variety of dishes. Speciality restaurants provided an even more upscale option. I really appreciated the birthday champagne, fruit, and cake received in each sampled restaurant.

The noise at night sometimes disrupted my sleep. I reported the noise to reception. I was told to call back in the morning, not helpful at the time. This delayed resolution of the issue.
