dark room slow service
I was disappointed with the room I booked the Classic Double Room. The windows were shuttered. It felt quite dark I needed a towel to block light from under the door. The service was slow it took a long time to get drinks.

Charmed by the Grandeur
friendly staff secure luggage
I found the staff warm and friendly. One employee offered advice on ideal locations for photos within the hotel. They tagged luggage securely after checkout. The luggage was handed only to the correct owner. I noted this added security. Many hotels don't offer this.
I noticed dampness on the corridor walls. Wallpaper was lifting in several places. I think this could use some attention.

cute fireplace comfortable seating friendly staff
the reception area was cute with an open fireplace and comfortable seating. all staff encountered during arrival were polite and friendly. help was offered with my luggage upon arrival (i didn't expect that!).
the bedroom was a bit too warm, even with the radiator turned off.
