the staff was gracious and accommodating at every moment. rooms were well maintained (all tidy and fresh) and comfortable. i want to give a special thanks to briana and mike for their great service!
i think things should have been better for the price. the air conditioning barely kept the room cool. we had issues with the sofa bed, especially since we are a family with 2 teens.

The hotel staff members were friendly and informative. They were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. the front desk handled check-in efficiently and answered questions promptly. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. several restaurants are located within a short stroll of the hotel's entrance. the wharf is easily accessible from the hotel, a definite plus.
