Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff

The location was superb for exploring. I found it very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. My room was clean, and it had all the amenities I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful .

Somewhat Dark and Slightly Disappointing

The room I had was quite dark. Even with all the lights on, it felt dim and a bit gloomy. I found out that there were no coffee and tea facilities available in the room, and that was annoying. Who wants to get dressed and go downstairs just for a cup of coffee at an overpriced restaurant?

I found the location convenient. It allowed immediate access to key attractions! The subway station across the street provided easy transport. The on-site restaurant, Joia, was a culinary highlight. I appreciated the seamless dining experience. The front desk staff was friendly, personable, and quite efficient. They readily addressed my questions and requests.
The room lighting could be brighter. I noticed the carpets are dark, and more light would enhance the ambiance
