fantastic roomperfect location
My room was bigger than i thought it would be. The location was PERFECT!!! It was easy to use the tram or just walk to everything this city offers.
The breakfast menu was basic. I thought the selection could have been better.

The room had a Dyson hairdryer. I appreciated the Christmas tree that was in the room. It had a coffee pod machine. We also found extra tea in cabinets on each floor.
The traffic created noise, as the hotel is right on a main road. The hotel provided a sleep kit with an eye mask and earplugs to combat this. Keeping the window open overnight was not an option due to the early morning traffic.

The staff members were helpful!!! They were also friendly, providing quick assistance and going the extra mile to ensure all needs were met. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the experience.

The location proved really central. Waverley Station was only a short walk away. Many attractions were within walking distance. Access to shopping and dining was easy.

Each floor had cabinets stocked with extra tea and coffee. Comfortable beds were provided. Lovely towels added a touch of luxury. A good range of books about the city was available.

Toast and tea were available for breakfast. The restaurant downstairs provided a pleasant setting. The breakfast provided a quick and satisfying start to the day. The tea was AMAZING!!!
