convenient ski trip
clean hotel helpful staff comfortable beds ski lockers
the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. i found the beds comfortable. the ski lockers were very useful! the location was great for ski in ski out access, it made everything easier.
the breakfast was limited, though alternatives were available.

the staff was friendly! they provided prompt assistance with requests and offered useful information about local amenities. the ski shop within the hotel was convenient, offering gear rentals and ski passes.

the location was great for accessing the slopes and local restaurants. jandri and diable lifts gave mountain access. i could ski directly to the door in the afternoons.

Ski lockers were located within the hotel. the bar area had sofas and a large outdoor terrace. it also provided a place for drinks and relaxation. The ski shop was inside the hotel!

comfortable beds consistent temperature good fruit
I stayed in a superior double room and the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom included good heating. It maintained a consistent temperature. breakfast included a good choice of fruit and cooked options. There was plenty to select.
The room walls seemed thin. Noises from adjacent rooms were slightly audible.

bad service long wait
the location worked, with access to the slopes that was okay.
The EVENING meals were horrible. It was a big disappointment. i waited over an hour for my food. the service was VERY bad, so i ate out every night.
