decent stay, but some issues

dirty room hallway noise

The location was quite convenient to the slopes. That part worked out well enough.

The room i booked was not properly cleaned upon arrival, a real joy. some remnants from the previous guest were thoughtfully left behind. also, the noise from the hallway made it hard to sleep well. I could hear every conversation and door slam.

the room had a mountain view that was acceptable. the bed and bathroom were adequate.

i was disappointed with the dinner. the food quality seemed poor and the meats were inedible and fatty. breakfast was chaotic with dirty tables and items missing even though it was not late in the service time.

the breakfast offered a good choice. the staff were friendly and helpful . my room was an adequate size and well kept.

the pool showed some signs of wear. i noticed black algae staining and the pool lining looked like it needed replacing. there was no lunch option available, also bar snacks were limited. it made it difficult to warm up and relax during breaks from the slopes.
