Absolutely Great Stay!
fresh fruits clear views attentive attendant
I found such good food for breakfast! They had a crazy selection of fresh fruits. The room itself included a balcony with clear views. The service near the main pool impressed me the most, I found attendants very attentive and quick.
The gym had a couple of older machines and I think could really use an update.

The hotel sits atop cliffs. This feature gives amazing panoramic views of the ocean. It also features easy access to nearby attractions, shops. local restaurants. The location makes it awesome.

Multiple pools are open. One is a saltwater pool. Gardens cover a lot of ground and invite exploration. A terrace provides space to sit, relax, or eat a meal outdoors. Everything felt elegant and serene.

free shuttle sea pool amazing linens
The location offers fantastic views! the free shuttle service to downtown was convenient. The sea pool stood out. I found the room decor homey and linens amazing. It enhanced my relaxation.

Staff anticipated my needs. They were very attentive. Pool staff and the bell stand were especially helpful. They offered prompt assistance. However I found the concierge and reception service was only adequate.

Breakfast provided a delicious start to the day! the selection included fresh fruits. I had a satisfying meal at one of the in-house restaurants. I found the wine list fantastic.

The hotel had three distinct pools. My preferred pool was the sea pool. The hotel has a tranquil garden. It allows for a relaxing walk. Comfortable loungers surround the pool area.

perfect building
perfect building responsive staff professional service
this hotel is one of the best i stayed. the building and rooms are perfect. the staff are responsive and did their best. mario and the team always offered to clean my muddy boots after levada walks. marco provided great hikes and places to visit. diogo and duarte were professional.
the bar had zero atmosphere. it looked used for service only. there were little seating and uninviting.

breakfast had amazing choices. the brisa do mar is a new addition. the restaurant offered outdoor terrace, overlooking the sea. i found the quality and service high.

the staff throughout the hotel was polite. they were professional and warm. the guest relations team helped organize a day excursion. they suggested great restaurants outside the hotel for local flavor.

my room had a balcony with sea views. interiors and pillows were beautiful. turn-down service included pillows for your feet. every space in the hotel was elegant and immaculate. the room offered a minibar.

shaded section stationary bikes separate sinks
The gym offered three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. I used them all. The pool area provided twenty loungers and a shaded section so I could relax comfortably. My room included two separate sinks along with a rainfall shower. That was great.
The elevator music was repetitive though it was quite faint.
