the preferred club lounge offered a great all-inclusive selection. santos and miguel provided excellent service there. the food across all venues impressed me.
the quietness in the oishi japanese restaurant made conversations from other tables noticeable.

Acceptable stay with some issues.

I enjoyed the soap workshop. It was a good chance to meet other guests.
The housekeeping wasn't great. I saw dirty used bed linen and a blood stain on the cabinet door. I think the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleaning.
