poorly-maintained equipment chipped balls
the food variety was acceptable in the main restaurant offering several options daily
the gym equipment was a letdown it was not well-kept i found a treadmill stuck on an incline and an abductor machine out of order also there was only one 3kg weight available , made it difficult to complete my workout the pool table in the sports bar was also in poor condition it had stains and chipped balls.

an awesome stay
excellent club moment spent top quality meat options
The kids club was excellent. margarida was amazing, and my daughter loved every moment spent there. the food stands out with its top quality. i appreciated the variety of meat options available every evening. They were fantastic. also, the drinks were great, and they use good brands.
the beds felt pretty hard to me. this is a very minor point, but it is worth mentioning.

The main restaurant provides a plentiful selection of food options. the asian cuisine restaurant stands out with amazing food. the atlantico buffet restaurant offers very good, plentiful meals. The waiters are attentive and memorize drinks quickly.

the rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, with a great sea view. the room are equipped with a shower cubicle plus another over the bath. the suite had sun loungers, a parasol. table and chairs on the terrace.

The staff are wonderful, and are always present throughout the hotel. the general manager ensures all guests are well taken care of. the reception staff and customer care management are very helpful and accommodating.

The heated indoor swimming pool was very good and enjoyed by the kids a lot. the jacuzzi and sauna area are well maintained. the hotel provide a free underground car park. It makes car rentals easier for travel around the island.

The location is ideal. It allows for easy walks on the promenade. the hotel sits near the forum shopping center and public transport. getting to central areas is quick. It takes about 5-7 minutes via taxi from central area.

I found the staff very helpful. They quickly addressed my requests. I appreciated the variety of food options at the main buffet restaurant, including different themed nights. The hotel's location provided easy access to the promenade for pleasant walks.
The evening entertainment seemed geared towards an older crowd, I think younger guests may find it less engaging.
