the upgraded room was a nice surprise. the monsoon showerhead was very enjoyable. the staff offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing!

I noticed paint bubbling in the bathroom. The damp needs attention.

the location provided convenient access to town centre and restaurants. various bars and shops were near by. This hotel is near to a conference centre.

the room had a fridge and kettle, really useful. toiletries were provided including soap and shower gel. a hairdryer and iron were also provided in the room.

communication from the hotel was excellent. i received messages before arrival, and i got WhatsApp messages. the host messaged asking if everything was ok
