The breakfast buffet was complete. The dining area looked quite appealing. The location proved convenient. It was near the city center. The hotel was also close to restaurants.
My room was smaller than I expected. It faced into the atrium, so there was no fresh air. The lack of air conditioning was noticeable. Sockets were also awkward to access.

amazing breakfast friendly staff excellent location
I found the breakfast just amazing. It had so many options! the staff were also super friendly and helpful, assisting me with every request i made. i appreciated the location, so close to the centre and historical sites. Everything was within a short walk.

Breakfast offered a varied selection. The hotel provides free coffee and cookies in the lobby area (I enjoyed it!).

excellent stay
free cakes excellent buffet central location helpful staff
i appreciated the free semla cakes at reception as i stayed on shrove tuesday, a really thoughtful gesture. the breakfast buffet was very good and served in a bright atrium. its central location meant attractions were within walking distance. the staff helped me locate parking and suggested sights.
the room was surprisingly compact.

the hotel has cute reading corners. there is a light and airy atrium where the breakfast buffet is served. i found the argentina restaurant next door very convenient.

the twin room had comfortable beds. i got a room with a view over drottninggatan (the main shopping street!). my room was clean and well kept. it was really quiet for sleeping.

the staff was friendly and professional, they offered efficient and attentive assistance. the reception staff were very nice. they helped with food arrangements and provided a baby bed.

the hotel sits right in the heart of the city. it is easy to visit the city walking or using public transport. the hotel is near shops, restaurants and sights (very handy for exploring!).
