great location free dryer no wi-fi network glitch
The location is great. I found the free washer and dryer very helpful.
I had some issues. There was no Wi-Fi access . My phone could not detect the hotel's network. It was a glitch!

i appreciated the free laundry machine, even with washing powder included. public transportation was very close. the smart tv with netflix and youtube access provided entertainment.
The breakfast wasn't included. This was a slight inconvenience.

large room heated floor breakfast absence chromecast solution
my room was large. the bathroom had a heated floor! check-in and check-out were easy. complimentary lockers were available if i needed to leave my bags for a while.
breakfast wasn't included, so that was a bummer. there was no normal tv with channels, just a chromecast thing. i couldn't figure out how to turn off a lamp without removing the card first!

convenient process free lockers clear instructions friendly staff
the check-in and check-out process was very convenient i appreciated the availability of free lockers to store luggage before my next flight or other activities the hotel provided clear instructions for using the tv and wifi i found the staff to be very responsive to all communications answering messages quickly
my room was in the basement and lacked a window

The location was excellent. I found it easy to reach many spots in the city. Check-in was simple and quick, a great plus when I arrived late. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room. It was super clean and well kept. The staff provided assistance and directions whenever needed.
The room size felt a bit small, especially with luggage.

The free lockers were convenient. I used them to store my belongings before check-in. I found the location quite accessible with plenty of transportation options. The 7/11 across the road was VERY handy for late-night snacks and essentials.
The room lacked coffee or tea facilities, requiring me to bring my own supplies for a hot drink.
