the tram stop location was acceptable, it was just across from the hotel.
The room was kinda small, it felt cramped. there wasnt enough space for storing clothes, i practically lived out of my suitcase for nights. the shampoo wasnt refilled either. I mean, is it really a big deal?

the location was great with transport links. a supermarket was also conveniently next door. the tram stop made getting around easy. i found a cafe nearby, a big plus.
during my stay, the room's heating wasn't working as expected.

The room was quiet. The staff was friendly, and free tea and coffee were available in the lobby.
I was a little disappointed. The room felt quite worn. There was an unpleasant smell, almost like mold or wet carpet. (I hope it was just a one-time thing).

the location worked well. a tram stop sits right outside, a very convenient feature (i must admit). the room was clean and of a good size. breakfast had many options too.
the room was quite small. it lacked space for clothes and personal items. during my stay, gel and shampoo were not replenished in the bathroom.
