quite alright
comfortable bed transport link quiet stay dried phlegm missing vacuuming toilet roll
the room had comfortable beds. we liked that the room was really close to transport links. the stay was very quiet. it was quite perfect for sleep
the cleanliness left a lot to be desired! i saw dried phlegm on the sink on the first day. i had to clean it before using it. the room wasn't vacuumed on the 29th december. the staff only changed the toilet roll and towels that day.

a good city stay
excellent location free coffee
I found the location excellent, near public transport and the city center. the tram stop is right in front (so convenient!), and a supermarket is next door. i also appreciated the free coffee always available in the lobby. It's a nice touch.
the cleanliness could be better. i found some dried phlegm on the sink in the bathroom on the first day, and i had to clean it myself (which wasn't ideal).

the staff were friendly and helpful. early check-in was possible for a reasonable fee since i arrived very early. so it helped to arrive very tired.

the hotel looked new and cheerful, a bonus in an urban setting. the location near the tram stop and a grocery store offered convenience. even with most rooms full, the lobby felt spacious.

access to the avicii arena was easy, just two tram stops away (very convenient!). the hotel's proximity to public transportation makes the city centre very accessible. the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night.

the tram stop location was acceptable, it was just across from the hotel.
The room was kinda small, it felt cramped. there wasnt enough space for storing clothes, i practically lived out of my suitcase for nights. the shampoo wasnt refilled either. I mean, is it really a big deal?

great location handy supermarket
the location was great with transport links. a supermarket was also conveniently next door. the tram stop made getting around easy. i found a cafe nearby, a big plus.

The room was quiet. The staff was friendly, and free tea and coffee were available in the lobby.
I was a little disappointed. The room felt quite worn. There was an unpleasant smell, almost like mold or wet carpet. (I hope it was just a one-time thing).

convenient feature good size breakfast option small room limited space gel replacement
the location worked well. a tram stop sits right outside, a very convenient feature (i must admit). the room looked clean and of a good size. breakfast had many options too.
the room was quite small. it lacked space for clothes and personal items. during my stay, gel and shampoo were not replenished in the bathroom.

shops were nearby and the bus stops are very close.
the breakfast was not great, and it was the same every day. they didn't change the sheets often. i paid for paper slippers which should be free.
