the room had comfortable beds. we liked that the room was really close to transport links. the stay was very quiet. it was quite perfect for sleep
the cleanliness left a lot to be desired! i saw dried phlegm on the sink on the first day. i had to clean it before using it. the room wasn't vacuumed on the 29th december. the staff only changed the toilet roll and towels that day.

I found the location excellent, near public transport and the city center. the tram stop is right in front (so convenient!), and a supermarket is next door. i also appreciated the free coffee always available in the lobby. It's a nice touch.
the cleanliness could be better. i found some dried phlegm on the sink in the bathroom on the first day, and i had to clean it myself (which wasn't ideal).

the staff were friendly and helpful. early check-in was possible for a reasonable fee since i arrived very early. so it helped to arrive very tired.

access to the avicii arena was easy, just two tram stops away (very convenient!). the hotel's proximity to public transportation makes the city centre very accessible. the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night.

the tram stop location was acceptable, it was just across from the hotel.
The room was kinda small, it felt cramped. there wasnt enough space for storing clothes, i practically lived out of my suitcase for nights. the shampoo wasnt refilled either. I mean, is it really a big deal?

the location was great with transport links. a supermarket was also conveniently next door. the tram stop made getting around easy. i found a cafe nearby, a big plus.
