clean groundsattentive upkeepcomfortable visit
I found the grounds clean with careful maintenance! the facilities looked modern. I noticed attentive upkeep. transportation waited as i got off the ferry. drinks were offered. bags were in my room. breakfast was tasty and i loved dinner. It was good. the staff were great too ensure my visit was comfortable.

the location felt excellent. the beach also was like it was in the forest. lots of coconut and mango trees surrounded the area. the mangoes were in season, and they were available to the guests.
i paid a lot of money for my room. the room included its own pool. the room was overrun with millipedes, the pool also had them. i had to ask for the pool to be cleaned.

The hotel location is very convenient. I found easy access to several restaurants and bars with a short walk. The room had great views across the bay and was a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful .
The breakfast buffet sometimes ran out of certain items.

I loved the friendly and efficient check-in. the front desk team was cute. my room was beautifully maintained and clean, offering a great space to relax. the hotel's location is a real plus. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shops.
the wifi signal in my room was sometimes a little weak, making it slightly difficult to stream videos.

This hotel is conveniently close to the most beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants, offering many choices. a short stroll along the boardwalk brings you to the town center, providing easy access to shops and local attractions. We loved this convenience.

I enjoyed the dining area. It overlooks the bay. there was a special asian night menu with interesting dishes. the prix fixe menu featured pad thai and a tasty poke bowl. We found great options.

The staff was wonderful and were really nice! zamora and her team provided superior customer service. they always accommodated my needs and were pleasant and attentive. The service was perfect.
