My room faced the water, it offered a beautiful view. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The staff showed how friendly and helpful they can be.

I experienced a slight delay in food service during one breakfast. I believe the kitchen was managing takeaway orders.

the food at the french veranda restaurant was good. the staff was excellent!!!

the room wasn't properly cleaned. i found quite a bit of sand on the hard wood floor. only one light bulb worked in the bedroom part. the shower never reached a temperature warmer than lukewarm. it was a bit frustrating!!!
