a decent stay
great variety metro station unfriendly style louder rooms
i liked the breakfast it had a great variety of food. the location is also perfect, it is very close to a metro station. the room was quite big and functional with a king size bed. it helped a lot when i came with a suitcase from the airport.
the receptionists were not all great one had a very unfriendly style. i also noticed that there were trams passing by and the rooms facing the street were louder because of that. this was a little disappointing.

spacious bed daily cleaning quick access
the room featured a spacious double bed alongside an additional single bed, quite convenient. daily cleaning and towel changes kept everything fresh. the tram station nearby offered quick access to the city center.

Excellent Hotel Experience
generous selection gluten-free bread
The breakfast featured a generous selection including fresh ginger and lemon. It also included gluten-free bread options. I thought this was a nice addition. I left shoes at the hotel by accident. The staff kindly shipped them to me.
Receptionists had varying levels of friendliness. One was almost unfriendly.

Parking at the hotel was very convenient. A metro station, grocery stores, and restaurants are located nearby. The lobby on the first floor was open 24/7 and felt very cozy.

The staff was helpful in organizing a taxi on check out day. Staff was very friendly. My request for connecting rooms was accepted. The staff were very responsive.

The hotel is situated just outside the busy area. Transportation is easily accessible. The hotel is located a short walk from the National Museum. Wenceslas Square is also nearby. Convenient metro and tram connections serve all attractions.

i found the location easy. it was three minutes from metro or trams. the breakfast selection included continental options. staff were very friendly and helpful.

amazing stay!!!
multiple choices spacious room friendly staff
the breakfast had multiple choices, it was nice! the room felt spacious and clean. i appreciated the fresh towels every day. the staff was friendly, especially viktor who spoke multiple languages!
the room was a bit oldish.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Fresh pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot dishes. the dining area was well kept. The staff were efficient in replenishing the buffet and clearing tables. it made for a very pleasant start to each day!

the reception staff assisted with directions and local attractions and offered prompt responses to requests. housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. i felt well taken care of!
