the location is great as it's pretty central (i loved that). the hotel design is unique. i found the room to be clean when i arrived.
local staff seemed rude at times. i noticed the room wasn't cleaned perfectly (i found insects in the shower!). the absence of a welcome drink upon arrival was a bit of a letdown.

the bed offered good comfort. the luxury bathroom was quite nice. breakfast was available until a later time, and i really enjoyed that option.
The room was very dusty. I could see it throughout my stay. glasses were not always changed. this meant i washed them myself so i could reuse them. the romantic spa option was not available because of a technical issue.

housekeeping was inconsistent. glasses were not changed, so i had to wash them myself. complimentary chocolates and drinking water were only provided on two days out of my four-day stay.
