friendly staff pretty design
I found the hotel staff very friendly. They quickly parked my car and assisted me with my luggage. The room design was also quite pretty.

i found the location amazing it was close to many key attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. breakfast each morning was a delight the variety was excellent.
housekeeping missed a few details i found some dust in the room

central location unique design rude staff missing welcome drink
the location is great as it's pretty central (i loved that). the hotel design is unique. i found the room to be clean when i arrived.
local staff seemed rude at times. i noticed the room wasn't cleaned perfectly (i found insects in the shower!). the absence of a welcome drink upon arrival was a bit of a letdown.

comfortable bed luxury bathroom later breakfast dusty room unchanged glasses technical issue
the bed offered good comfort. the luxury bathroom was quite nice. breakfast was available until a later time, and i really enjoyed that option.
The room was very dusty. I could see it throughout my stay. glasses were not always changed. this meant i washed them myself so i could reuse them. the romantic spa option was not available because of a technical issue.

i liked the proximity to the budha restaurant. espresso was available in the room.
housekeeping was inconsistent. glasses were not changed, so i had to wash them myself. complimentary chocolates and drinking water were only provided on two days out of my four-day stay.
