dark room weak lighting
the staff was helpfull.
the room felt so dark. there wasnt no central light, and other lights werent strong enough. it was difficult to see things inside my luggage, what a mess!

comfortable isolation relaxing moments
the hotel offered rooms with comfortable isolation providing a quiet environment. staff members were friendly and helpful making us feel welcome. we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi experiencing relaxing moments after a day outdoors.

the spa area offers four saunas including a turkish bath for relaxation. there is also an outdoor jacuzzi that provided wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. a relaxation room with various teas is available.

nice experience
modernist style efficient design
I enjoyed the 24/7 gym and its equipment. It had three treadmills. the restaurant dinner surprised me. Food was amazing. i enjoyed the views of the monch and jungfrau from the balcony.
The rooms design were dark. the socket placement was inconvenient. I only found one accessible for my uk adapter. this made charging multiple devices difficult. i wish there were more accessible outlets.

fantastic stay!
heated jacuzzi mountain view
the breakfast was excellent, i especially liked the variety. the outdoor heated jacuzzi offered a 10/10 experience with mountain views! we will definitely return just for that alone. there is also huge free parking under the hotel.
the pillows in our room were very soft! another pillow would have been useful. the room could have benefited from more lighting, it was a bit dark in the morning.

adequate stay overall
cleanliness spa variety friendly staff new towels missing ac hot weather provided fan hot air
the spa was very clean. i noticed the staff were on top of new towels. the variety of sauna and spa options was superb, it enhanced my trip.
the room did not include air conditioning. during the hot weather in august, it was uncomfortable. the provided fan blew hot air, preventing sleep for me and my wife.

wonderful stay
underground parking breakfast variety friendly staff
the hotel boasts underground parking which was quite convenient. the breakfast had a large variety of options and i found it to be open quite late. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful which added a lot to my stay.
the hotel didn't inform me about the village closure. i had to wait 15 hours to leave the hotel which caused quite an inconvenience. the service related to this issue was not very satisfactory.

the room included a king size bed that was very comfortable. a walk-in shower offered great convenience. the room décor looked chic and provided lots of cupboard space for longer stays.
