fantastic stay!
heated jacuzzimountain viewsoft pillows
the breakfast was excellent, i especially liked the variety. the outdoor heated jacuzzi offered a 10/10 experience with mountain views! we will definitely return just for that alone. there is also huge free parking under the hotel.
the pillows in our room were very soft! another pillow would have been useful. the room could have benefited from more lighting, it was a bit dark in the morning.

the spa was very clean. i noticed the staff were on top of new towels. the variety of sauna and spa options was superb, it enhanced my trip.
the room did not include air conditioning. during the hot weather in august, it was uncomfortable. the provided fan blew hot air, preventing sleep for me and my wife.

the hotel boasts underground parking which was quite convenient. the breakfast had a large variety of options and i found it to be open quite late. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful which added a lot to my stay.
the hotel didn't inform me about the village closure. i had to wait 15 hours to leave the hotel which caused quite an inconvenience. the service related to this issue was not very satisfactory.

the room included a king size bed that was very comfortable. a walk-in shower offered great convenience. the room décor looked chic and provided lots of cupboard space for longer stays.
