Adequate Stay with Some Issues
noisy bedpoor view
The price felt too high for what I got. My room faced some storage shelves, so the view wasn't great. a spotlight outside shone in at night because the curtains didn't block it well. The bed wasn't comfortable. It creaked a lot.

The staff was friendly and helpful! They provided clear directions to destinations and detailed bus routes. The hotel's location is perfect, a short walk to the Interlaken Ost station. The breakfast offered great variety, and the restaurant provided amazing dinner options.
The rooms, though small, were very well organized. The hotel has rules about petty things, and this cheapened the whole experience.

the location was acceptable, a short walk to the train station.
my room smelled like stale cigarettes the entire time. i told the front desk, they just sprayed some air freshener that did nothing. it was pretty disgusting and made it hard to sleep.
