wonderful stay!
nice area indoor pool
The hotel location is excellent. the hotel is right by the sea and shops are close. it is a short walk to the beach too. the outdoor pool area is very nice and the indoor pool was a good alternative. I thought it was great.
i didn't think it felt very secure. anyone could walk into the hotel. there was no gate activated by a room card. i think this should be addressed.

the reception staff was very cute. special thanks go to miguel, calina, and tony at the restaurant and maria at the pool bar. they were helpful and attentive.

excellent seaside stay
easy beach access functional fitness center consistent poolside service
I appreciated the easy beach access from the hotel. it took only a few minutes to reach the sandy shore. the fitness center had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering good options for workouts. poolside service was consistent. Staff frequently checked if i wanted another drink (i especially liked the cocktails!).

cheap syrup awful noise
I was really annoyed by a couple of things. first, the drinks were a total ripoff. The cocktails tasted like cheap syrup. second, the noise at night was awful. I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. it made it hard to relax and get any sleep at all.

lovely holiday experience
perfect location friendly staff free parking
location were perfect for me. staff was friendly and helpful always. breakfast had amazing choice too. my room had a hire car and free parking near the hotel. it made getting around easy.
i had an issue with smoking around pool. i find it a big issue. i don't want it in my face all the time.

this hotel provides a private pool plus two sandy beaches. it is close proximity to trail walking. the hotel also has an arcade room with a pool table, as well as an entertainment space.

the all-inclusive food was great too. there was a different cuisine every night. they included mexican, chinease, and spanish cuisine. lots of option were available to choose from for all tastes.

organized room great variety magnificent staff
The hotel location is extraordinary. The beach is a step away. I found a lot of variety of food, and the dining room was very organized, with tables always available. The staff is MAGNIFICENT!!!
The room was a bit small and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
