Convenient and Clean Stay
comfortable bed supplied amenities renovated bathroom
The location provided easy access to Franklin Wharf and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities included soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers.
The air conditioning didn't work and the room was very hot! I had to open the balcony door. Noise was an issue.

The room was spacious, a perfect sanctuary after days explorations. The bed proved comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. I found parking easy and accessible, removing much stress of my journey.
The bathroom lacked adequate ventilation.

Fantastic Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Great Value!
great bed quiet room friendly staff
My room was a great size and not cluttered. The bed was great to sleep in, and the pillows were AMAZING!!! The shower was also excellent, and I found the room very quiet. The staff were friendly, and the location had an easy 15-minute walk to the CBD.

clean room convenient location wide variety faulty air conditioner missing milk smelly toiletries
The room was very clean. I also found the location very convenient, as it was within walking distance of restaurants and the central business district. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
The air conditioner did not function correctly. I could not regulate the temperature. No milk was available in the room for tea or coffee. The provided toiletries had a strong smell, reminiscent of wet hay.

the room was reasonably clean and amenities were provided. that was acceptable.
the reception staff was not positive, i found a male senior staff member to be rude. parking location was not properly explained. when i asked about parking, i was treated disrespectfully by a staff member.
