The breakfast was excellent with great service. The staff were wonderful and always helpful. I had a queen suite, that also had a great view. Everything was provided in a very clean, modern mini apartment.

The hotel's location was fantastic for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and professional. Check-in was very smooth. my room was modern, super clean, and included a super comfortable bed. plus, the views of the city were amazing!!!
the air-conditioning caused a noticeable breeze, and it was hard to adjust it perfectly.

cleaning clothfaulty air conditioning
check-in was a problem i found a cleaning cloth on the floor. the next day i returned to find a trash bag in the room. finally the air conditioning did not work and it was hot i'm very frustrated

the location included a supermarket next to the hotel. it was only seven minutes walking distance to a travel information center. the hotel restaurant had good food and reasonable prices.
i noticed a cleaning cloth left on the floor upon entering our assigned room. this raised concerns about the room's preparation. i returned to our room to find a rubbish bag filled with trash left inside, disappointing. the air conditioning system was not effective, and the temperature remained high.
