the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes which was convenient
the room heater didn't work on the last night i tried to call reception the telephone was busy all the time so i felt cold during the night the housekeeper didn't clean the room properly they kept the glass dirty and did not provide a bath mat while the shower floor was slippery this is dangerous

the hotel restaurant and bar were good, a great place to unwind after travel. i found the room to be very clean and neat (a welcome sight!). i observed that the shuttle to the airport was punctual, so i could easily catch my flight.
the air conditioning was noisy, a disturbance that impacted my sleep. it needs maintenance to ensure guests can have a quieter night.

I found the airport shuttle very convenient. It runs frequently and gets me to the airport quickly. The room has blackout curtains. They ensure I have a dark room for sleeping well. I liked the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby area. It was a nice touch to start my day.
The gym equipment looks a little outdated.

The shuttle service to the airport was AMAZING!!! It ran frequently. The room had ample space and was clean. I found the beds super comfy. It helped me relax after my long flight.
The desk in the room was somewhat narrow, made working a bit difficult.

the hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient. i found the free shuttle service to be efficient and reliable. it definitely saved me time and hassle getting to my flight.
i noticed the room was somewhat dated, it could use some updating. i also had trouble with the in-room wifi, it was rather slow and unreliable. that's a big problem, as i needed it for work.
