The room was clean and it had everything I needed. The bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were efficient and friendly.
The bed was okay but not super comfy I think. The noise from the road was continuous all night it was right next to it. The corridor door opened many times after 10 pm each time someone used it I was disturbed.

I received a friendly smile upon arrival. gemma was attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her. the breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect if you want to drive or get the bus into the town.

I found the location very convenient for onward travel. The room was clean and tidy with good equipment. Parking was great and check in was quick (a smooth process).
I found only a continental breakfast was available, but I would have preferred a full english breakfast. It would have been a good choice.

The staff were really nice and they helped set up my twin room for a birthday. i needed to get ready for a festival, and they got me in my room quickly even though i arrived early. the free car parking was very convenient. the staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated that.
