I loved the super friendly and helpful staff! they answered all my questions and were always smiling. the breakfast buffet had many choices. I devoured pastries and fresh fruit! the hotel's location made travel simple. parking was spacious and accessible. I never struggled to find a spot.

The gym had limited equipment. It could use a few more machines!

The air conditioning in my room did not function properly. It made an awful noise all night. The receptionist stated no other rooms were available, a claim I found dubious given online availability. The room also felt somewhat worn. It lacked convenient power sockets near the bed (incompatible with my MacBook charger).

The staff was super helpful! Jamie Marchent were really good too assist. He carried my luggage to my room and always greeted me. He was polite and approachable when I needed help! I appreciated his friendly demeanor.

I encountered an issue with the room heating system, and it left me shivering. They provided a small plug-in radiator but it wasn't turned on beforehand. the power sockets above the desk were incompatible with my Apple MacBook charger. That was a bit of a pain.
